In-App File Modification and Saving

Addition

• Added in-file code editing
• Added change detection for each submission when edited
• Added auto-saving when document is changed before compile
• Using threads to compile
• (WIP) Added compile all

• Code clean up

• Removed Herobrine

Now works better than before (I hope)

And it comes in a single executable and no longer has the command window in the background.
