Addition of a code of conduct. This is one of Githubs recommended practices for community code. Would also require enabling "Repository admins accept content reports".

  • Enable Repository admins accept content reports
  • Consider how to best balance community guidelines with code of conduct markdown file
  • Add guidance on how to report code of conduct violations
