andi v0.14

This is a maintenance release of andi. Changes include

• New logdet evolutionary model. Thanks to @blueraleigh
• Fixed parsing error on fasta lines starting with -.
• Enabled compilation with pre-C11 compilers.
• Internal simplifications.
