Comment outline-style in /usr/share/themes/Arc-Dark/gtk-3.0/gtk.css

Icon Arc theme

sudo apt-get install autotools-dev
sudo apt-get install autoconf
git clone https://github.com/horst3180/arc-icon-theme --depth 1 && cd arc-icon-theme
./autogen.sh --prefix=/usr
sudo make install
cp -R Arc /usr/share/icons

Icon Elementary
