Updated path functionality

• Added path functionality for windows + mac consoles
• included example scripts for sensitivity and monte carlo simulations

Initial release for Python 3

• Updated functions to be used with Python 3
• No longer relies on using windows batch files
• User can now specify solver to be used for Temoa
• Started to reorganize examples to make more straightforward
