Revert explorer to Win7 style

This feature is mostly doing changes related to Explorer, that gets back the Windows 7 feeling.
- Hides the libary folders in My Pc
- Pins the libary folders
- Stops folders being automaticly pinned by quick access
- Makes explorer open My Pc by default instead of the user libary
- Adds explorer on the start menu
- Hides OneDrive popups in explorer
- Hides My People from taskbar
