What does this PR do?

Improves repo pages at https://ebookfoundation.github.io/free-programming-books

In README.md there are a link to CONTRIBUTING.md that doesn't work as github pages so configure to include some of this meaningful files present in repo.

https://davorpa.github.io/free-programming-books

Checklist:

  • Read our contributing guidelines
  • Search for duplicates.
  • Include author(s) and platform where appropriate.
  • Put lists in alphabetical order, correct spacing.
  • Add needed indications (PDF, access notes, under construction)

Followup

  • Check the output of Travis-CI for linter errors!
