New source data version 0.2

Constantijn has provided a new version of the source data (0.2),
Dirk has converted that to tf data and plain data.

Renamed tf binaries

Book and chapter info on chapters and books

Minor change in where the book and chapter info appears.
Chapter and verse nodes now also have features that state the book.
Verse nodes also have a feature that state the chapter.
There is a new feature witness with values A and B for books, chapters and verses.

Book names

Basically the same data, but with sanitized book names.

E.g. 1Maccabees_A becomes Maccabees_1_A.
Likewise for acronyms of book names

Bare bones

The Peshitta TF files in this version only model the plain text with the book-chapter-verse structure.
No linguistic annotations.
No splitting-off enclitics from main words.
This bare bones release is meant to get the machinery of a Text-Fabric app going.
