setup instructions

1. clone this repository to your local computer
2. Run this command in this repo to create a conda environment:

conda env create -f environment.yml

3. Download/extract the folder named "MFGTMP_220317120003" from our box repository into this directory.
4. start a jupyter server and look at example.ipynb to see how to start working with image data. see commands below

conda activate cellimage
jupyter lab
