Next is adding some targeted interactions to improve UX
This one refactors the announcement cron job, status update, announcement endpoints, and various related code Next will be updating the announcement command code, which will open up possibilities for new interactions and better UX
…ecause I can possibly include r2dbc directly and maybe that'll warm up the connection pool???
Also default it to every 30 minutes instead of every 60
