Bump to IHaskell 0.10.1 so can use custom render type #142

Unfortunately the CustomMimetype support in IHaskell 0.10.1 is not sufficient (it encodes the data as a JSON string rather that a value). We're working on this in IHaskell/IHaskell#1173

If you have a "new enough" IHaskell then - thanks to IHaskell/IHaskell#1185 - you don't need this, so I am going to close [*]. There may be some benefit to manually setting the mimetype, but let's see

[*] it's a bit hard to track down what release this was added to IHaskell; it was probably 0.10.1.2.
