Clone this repo:
$ git clone https://github.com/diamondbond/emacs.git ~/.emacs.d --depth 1Install the fonts provided by all the icons:
M-x all-the-icons-install-fontsIf you are using Windows then Download all-the-icons fonts & extract to C:\Windows\Fonts
Most IDE-like features are provided by the LSP package. For it to work properly, you need to install the appropriate language servers although Emacs will prompt you to install them automatically upon encountering a file for that language.
