Install and Run

1. Have Node.js, NPM, and MongoDb installed.
2. Run npm install.
3. Run bower install angular-datatables
4. Run mongod from another terminal or sudo service mongod start on Linux.
5. Run npm start.
6. Visit and test http://localhost:8080
