Art of Alchemy: Memoriam Beta v1.2.0 for 1.17.1

Art of Alchemy is updated to 1.17.1 for the most part. This release should be completely stable for use in packs. The only reason it is in beta is because the GUIs haven't been completely sorted out yet.

1.0-rc4: Traces of Essentia

Some assorted bugfixes and an update to 1.16.4.

Changes:

• Updated Chinese translation (qsefthuopq)
• Improved Essentia panel scrolling behavior, mousewheel support (LibGui 3.2.2) (#15)
• Fixed Dissolution Chambers not rounding outputs stochastically (#16)
  (cobblestone now sometimes dissolves to essentia instead of never)

1.0-rc3: Pipe Memories

This release includes the (hopefully bugfree) transition of pipe blocks from block states to block entities, making use of the fabric rendering API to dynamically generate the various connection models. The result is a drastic reduction in memory usage.
This is also the first release with Cumulus branding, in line with the Memoriam effort, and the mod has been ported to 1.16.3 (.2 should be compatible).

More improvements and implementations of the leftover feature wishes to come!
