I'm wondering what the value in this definition is. Committees have no powers, and no outline responsibilities. There is noone responsible for appointing a lead, it seems to just happen. Is this appointment done by eboard? If so what if eboard declines to appoint a lead. I don't see this as varying substantially from an ad hoc |
