Pre-EL8 release

This is simply meant to mark the code up to the point it was still aimed at el7. The new plan is to leap-frog el7 and go right to el8 to more easily integrate the new HA stack (pacemaker2, corosync3, knet1, etc).

In the chance this proves to be a mistake, this will make it easier to reference the el7 code and port code after now back to working on el7.
