This is a sample html page with preconfigured css.
You are free to add to the HTML in index.html anywhere that is not a "SERVER SECTION"
Any additional files should go in the theme/static/src direcotory. Feel free to also create folders to keep things tidy... As well as modify/create any thing else in that directory
