Add reviewers

Adding reviewer names to the website by introducing an additional "Reviewer: [name]" line on the individual project pages.

To make it clear that all micropubs were reviewed by someone, the pages of groups whose mentor reviewed their work now feature a line like "Mentor and reviewer: [name]".

All non-mentor reviewers were informed about their names being added to the website as our default step of action and were given an opportunity to object. None did.

Thanks for this update @zanemit! I'm wondering if we should wait till the final submission on zenodo or at least the seminars before adding reviewer names?

Sure, postponing this until the content on those pages includes the updates/corrections requested by the reviewers makes sense. 👍
