Release of version 1.1.2

Added support for cmake.
Fixed a bug in reading DWARF 4 debug information.
Fixed example-project a bit (still not using cmake or gitache though, which is recommended).

A new tar-ball with one commit extra has been uploaded with the same version name
on 30 Mar 2021. If you downloaded it before that date, then libcwd won't compile when
configured without alloc support.
