Test Release

WhatIsMyIP compiled for Linux:

Place all the compiled files, and you can create a shortcut/symlink for the ELF binary.

Run 'whatismyip.elf'.

It's just for testing, size of a single tool is too much.
I will reduce it by decreasing the library imports
