First release of electron tomography plugin
Compressed sensing reconstruction for electron tomography in 2D and 3D with Radon and Fourier operators (taken from the pysap-mri plugin) with utils functions to convert sinogram to k-space data.
Dependencies
On top of all dependencies from pysap, astra-toolbox is needed. Sparse2D is not used in this plugin.
