This is the first and most advanced mod injector for Call of Duty: Ghosts Wii U, created by BullyWiiPlaza. It originally came out in 2016 and has been developed since then.
The download for the mod injector can be found on the GitHub Releases tab here.
Please note that this download includes everything you need to get up and running on the PC side, besides Java itself.

Even though it uses the Black Ops II Wii U Mod Injector as an example, the same applies for the Ghosts Wii U Mod Injector. The tutorial is easy and quick to follow.
Additionally, you need to follow this tutorial to avoid freezing at the Loading... title screen when using the TCP Gecko Installer.
