Shell Script to toggle a video wallpaper on/off

Setup:

1. Add the path to the video you want to use as a background in the shell script toggleVideoWallpaper.sh.
2. Install mplayer and xwinwrap
3. Run the shell script to toggle on/off your video wallpaper. (Video wallpaper will appear over your image BKG. Cannot be toggled while you already have a window that's in full-screen mode.
