Details

Install eyeballer as a package.
Advantages:

Easier to install (no need to git clone before)
Can be uploaded to PyPi for even easier installation
Usage from anywhere (command eyeball instead of running eyeball.py
Usage from a python script (just import and use)
Change readme accordingly
