This is a Gnome shell extension which will display the shortest timer in the gnome toolbar. Configuration for multiple timers is available under settings.

Restart Gnome Shell with:
Alt + F2
type 'r' and press enter (not working with Wayland)
under Gnome settings > extensions enable the extension
For Gnome Shell version 3.26.2 tested with Fedora 27
