Prerequisites

For the globespotter to work, one must posses a key: a .pfx file with an account. These can be obtained via cyclomedia.

Add you key(s)

In the menu, when hovering over "Bronnen", choose cyclorama. Add keys

In here, put your account information and upload your .pfx file. Add your key in this form

Add a service

For this to work, you must have a WMS service with a linked "Attribuutbron" (probably a WFS). This services must serve the locations and the corresponding imageId's of the cyclorama pictures.

Add WFS to Geoserver

Add a store to serve the images from cyclomedia: Document (pdf)

Give the layer a style: [SLD] (http://files.b3p.nl/flamingo/documentation/Atlas%20Recordings%20styling.xml)

Add this service to the trees: as well the WMS as the WFS served by geoserver.

Add and configure the component

In the workbench you can find the cyclorama component. It's located at the "Component" panel:

Add component

Add it to the map region. Press the wrench symbol of the "Cyclorama foto's" component to configure it.

Configure component

The settings should be fairly self explanatory. The important parts are linking the correct layer

("Laag"), the uploaded key ("Key (PFX bestand)") and the imageId ("Foto id attribuut").

Action!

Now when clicking on the map at the location of a cyclorama picture, a popup will appear with the appropriate picture.

Example

When clicking on a point where multiple points reside, a window with all the features will popup. A double click one the item will open that picture.
