This repository contains the python code used to generate figures in the accompanying manuscript Interacting Bioenergetic and Stoichiometric Controls on Microbial Growth published in Frontiers of Microbiolog as a part of theresearch topic Modeling the Link Between Microbial Ecology and Biogeochemical Process Dynamics
Click on the binder badge above. It would open a Jupyter Lab session on Binder, which might take a few minutes. In the Jupyter Lab, open a terminal and type python stoichiometry_and_thermodynamics.py. It will run the script and save figures in the fig folder.
