About the Registry

This repo is intended to be the central repository for the proposed Network Prefixes (NP) to allow multiple app_rpt based networks to be linked together.

A very brief general overview has been created and will be added to this wiki under Getting Started. It will discuss the basics of how to setup the necessary objects to request a NP.

This wiki shall contain the information on how to utilize this registry if you wish to apply for a NP.

Work is also starting to make the necessary changes to app_rpt to support the utilization of NPs to link networks. This work is centered around the PTTLink repo and is located at: https://github.com/pttlink/Asterisk

Once this wiki is completed and the information on utilizing the registry to create the necessary "objects" needed to register an NP are ready, an announcement will be made.

In the meantime please check back periodically to see the progress of this wiki regarding documentation using the registry.
