remove MIREOT of GAZ geographic location class

We MIREOT'd geographic location before we created and owned GEO. Now, GAZ is ambiguous and we are using GEO exclusively. So we need to change all references to 'geographic location' to 'geographical region' and eliminate MIREOT of GAZ.

GAZ's geographic location comes with OWL import of IAO. IAO MIREOT's this class from GAZ to define postal address as being about a geographic location.

Alternatives are to leave it alone, or MIREOT what we need from IAO instead of wholesale import.

Why would GAZ come with IAO? Seems like a modularity but in IAO?
