The first version release.
This is the first version of this package with a functionality and test properly set.
Also the documentation is completed.

• Finish the desired features
• Complete the tests and documentations
• Create a branch develop for doing pull requests on it and only merge with master for new releases.
• Run all the tests
• Create a set of actions on the repository for testing future versions of the code.
