Description

Mainly a proof of concept, needs quite a bit of work. However, it already helps to get a feeling for the feature.
Closes #4376

ToDo:

• Hide side drawer when not enabled
• Test tablet mode
• Add re-ordering
• Clicking on home screen should switch drawer pages
• Hide titles, they are too long
• Add popup for "more" menu item
• Fix bottom margin when bottom navigation not enabled
