New Spell and API Update

New event called when a player stops casting a prolonged spell, and a new spell called Poison which (funnily enough) poisons the enemy.

Minor Bug Fix

Fixed Regrowth not working.
Fixed an exception that was thrown when using the /elementals enchant command.

Book Enchantment!

You can now combine an item and a spell book to make a wand!
The command to retrieve one of these books is /elementals book
To combine, you must not be in creative and click on a book to have it on your cursor, then drop this onto the item you want to enchant!
Updated README.md to have more information about giving spells.
