Disabled AVX2 instructions on Windows due to the compiler bug causing random crashes on certain CPUs.
Otherwise it's exactly the same code.

Known issues:

  • performing a wallet backup via menu or RPC may create a corrupt wallet. To be fixed in 0.10.1.
