I noticed the interactive notebook linked in the
READMEwasn't building, so I pretty much overhauled theDockerfile.Basically,
dotnet-interactiveonly works with net7.0 now and needs ASP.NET, so I updated the installation accordingly. I also didn't see hownteractwas used in the demo, so I removed the installation for a smaller Docker build.
