EmMAIL now return best emm subtype from every unique position in the genome, and tries to predict which position is most likely to be the emm gene by number of subtypes aligning to the position.

EmMAIL assumes only 1 position is true emm, meaning that other positions are treated as possible imposters (enn or mrp) and is reported along with the emm type most likely to be true from the list of BLAST hits.

This improves from the first version by providing user the ability to infer imposter emm types instead of just getting the most likely true emm type.
