Certbot certificates are only imported (that is, certbot is run) during a hook in install.d. This means that users must wait for an alternc.install to be run (or /usr/lib/alternc/install.d/alternc-certbot apache2 must be run by a cron or by hand). This isn't fantastic, especially since alternc.install isn't regularly run on many installations. (Sidenote: searching certificates should not be part of the install process, see #18)

During the dns_reload_zone hook the certificate for a domain, but none of it sub domains is imported. I think all the sub-domains should be checked there as well.
