* Package transifex-client is no more accurate as used old api * We need install local tx client from https://github.com/transifex/cli
* Set a local configuration * Set a pattern to get all translations
* Get all po file and push them in different subdirectories
* mailman part is managed from https://github.com/AlternC/alternc-mailman is no more core project
