FC fixed missing layout=tilespecs[0].layout, when creating TileSpec object
Default value is "processed" and so "should" not break any existing code
Reordered ordering of installation of required RenderPythonApps packages in the DockerFile, to avoid overwrites by pip install while in the render-modules workdir. Removed obsolete(?) comments in the Dockerfile

to usage of argschema: from argschema.fields import InputFile, InputDir, OutputDir
Actually quite a lot of whitespace changes..
