Telco Customer Churn Rate Analysis

This is A Telco Customer Churn Rate Dashboard project that provides insights into customer behavior and churn rates. The dashboard was built using Microsoft Power BI.

Dataset:

The dataset comprises 7043 rows, with each row representing a unique customer, and 21 columns, with each column containing the customer's attributes.

The dataset includes information about:

  • For customers who left within the last month, the column is called Churn.
  • Demographic info about customers (gender, age range, and if they have partners and dependents).
  • Services that each customer has signed up for (phone, multiple lines, internet, online security, online backup, device protection, tech support, and streaming TV and movies).
  • Customer account information (how long they’ve been a customer, contract, payment method, paperless billing, monthly charges, and total charges).

Features:

The Telco customer churn rate analytical dashboard provides the following features:

  • Analysis of customer demographics, including gender, age range, and whether they have partners and dependents.
  • Identification of the most profitable customer segments and areas for growth.
  • Analysis of customer behavior and patterns, including the services they use and their preferred payment methods.
  • Identification of factors that contribute to customer churn rates and strategies for reducing churn.

Installation:

To run the Telco customer churn rate analytical dashboard on your local machine, you will need to have Power BI Desktop installed. Clone this repository and open the .pbix file in Power BI Desktop.
