The Pomodoro Technique is used to stay focused on a task which involves the following steps:

  1. Choose a task to focus on.
  2. Set a timer for 25 minutes.
  3. Work on the task until the timer rings.
  4. Mark off one Pomodoro and record what you completed.
  5. Take a five-minute break.
  6. Repeat the process.
