This repo contains python scripts used in my collage motion capture project using Optitrack flex13 motiona capture cameras.

Data visualizer

This script allows you to visualize data collected with motion capture from a csv file format. You can view all the frames contained in the datafile, the script also has some simple optins to customize the visualization:

Toggle axis:

You can toggle the axis on the visualization

Follow specific marker:

The visualization boundries can also follow a specific marker

Dataset

the test CSV data contains one of the recorded actors doing five physical excercise:

• pushup

  

• squat with barbell

  

• deadlift

  

• overhead push press

  

• barbell rowing

  

• standing bicep curl with barbell
