In some releases (for example, 740), function `BAL_LOG_MSG_ADD_FREE_TEXT` does not have parameter `i_detlevel`. If that's the case, call the function without the parameter.
Replace macro that was introduce in ABAP-Logger#163 with regular ABAP code (which can be debugged)
