Optimized the functions for faster computations.

Added a new function Brittle_Strength, which will compute the brittle strength of the lithosphere based on some planetary constants and following the formalism of Mueller & Phillips (1995).

Conversion_Tprofile_Te and Conversion_Te_HF:

  • now return the axes where figures are plotted.
  • the optional figsize argument was added to control the size of the output figure.
  • the Conversion_Tprofile_Te function now accounts for multi layered rheology where multiple decoupling can occur.

Minor correction where "decoupling" wasn't initialized in Conversion_Tprofile_Te

Conversion_Te_HF and Conversion_Tprofile_Te can also now return the best-fit YSE (tension & compression).

Major update with additional functions and corrections.

  1. We now properly account for the presence of decoupled weak layers, which will have their own elastic cores.

  2. We added a new function Conversion_Tprofile_Te (and an associated example) that computes the yield strength, mechanical and elastic thicknesses based on the input temperature structure.

Correction to a minor bug in cases where the default investigated "max_depth" was less than "Tc". This caused the code to return an array error.
