v3.3 - User Freindly Updates and More!

SOOOOO many new updates finally rolled out (again)!
Thank you to everyone who helped make this bot happen. Some of these new features include:
-New Commands/User-Friendly Changes
-Updates to packages for security
-Reduce spam risks
-Update the Language system for more customizability
-More customizability for each server (and more possibly coming soon)
-AND MAYBE MUCH MORE!

We hope you enjoy these new changes just as much as we do. Our next task is to re-add all the old languages and work out any bugs that appear.
