Выпилил класс
no-touch. Он использовался для идентификации тач устройств, однако с недавних пор обычные устройства стали идентифицироваться как тач (Leaflet/Leaflet#5266). В результате перестали работать ховер эффекты. С этим PR ховер эффекты работают. На своём андройде не заметил из-за этого никаких проблем.
