What is this

Analysis and visualization of real estate prices in Toronto, Canada using Python.

Inspiration

Found the dataset interesting while exploring Kaggle.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure you have met the following requirements:

• You have installed the latest version of python, jupyter notebook, pyviz, plotly and panel

Getting pyestate

To install pyestate, follow these steps:

git clone https://github.com/2kabhishek/pyestate
cd pyestate
jupyter-notebook .

Using pyestate

The rental analysis is available in the rental_analysis notebook. The dashboard is available in the dashboard notebook.

How it was built

pyestate was built using Jupyter Notebook

Challenges faced

• Had some trouble with mapbox.

What I learned

• Learned about plotly, panel, pyviz and mapbox.
