A couple of tactical bullets for job seekers who've never gotten an inside peek at government hiring.
As a staff-member involved in screening and interviewing at TTS, my goal in suggesting these edits is to be able to give well-qualified candidates who failed certification a public link that is capable of providing real, actionable suggestions for modifying their resume in such a way that they can get through the certification process next time.
