Explaining time series clusters

Please first refer to https://github.com/ML-KULeuven/cobras.git for more introduction on COBRAS and COBRAS_TS.

In this repo we illustrate the clustering result in two ways.

• Show the properties (DBA and different types of warping deviation) of clusters.
• Provide users a chance to ask for the relation between two sequences iteratively.

We add the following files in this repo.

• examples/explain_cobras_dtw.py
