Moz-Starter-Pack

Hello! You’ve made it! You’ve actually browsed to a point where you’ve shown some interest in contributing to Mozilla.

We as Mozillians believe in Mozilla’s Mission stated in it's Manifesto and Mission below.

Mission

Our mission is to ensure the Internet is a global public resource, open and accessible to all. An Internet that truly puts people first, where individuals can shape their own experience and are empowered, safe and independent.

At Mozilla, we’re a global community of technologists, thinkers and builders working together to keep the Internet alive and accessible, so people worldwide can be informed contributors and creators of the Web. We believe this act of human collaboration across an open platform is essential to individual growth and our collective future.

Read the Mozilla Manifesto to learn even more about the values and principles that guide the pursuit of our mission.

Since you’re a Mozillian at heart, let’s make you an official Mozillian as well! Create an account on: https://mozillians.org/

Congratulations! You’re officially a Mozillian now! <3

What next?

Introduce Yourself on our Social Channels, Connect with People around you.

We believe that starting a conversation is important, everywhere and these are the groups which are designed to encourage participation according to the interests/topics they are based on. There are General Groups and Topic-oriented Groups. Please choose the groups according to your interests and get in to know more. Make sure that you introduce yourself when you first start interacting in these groups.

Please give the complete context while interacting on these groups and be respectful to everyone. You may read the Community Participation Guidelines here: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/about/governance/policies/participation/

If you want to report someone for not complying with the Community Participation Guidelines, you can report it here: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/about/governance/policies/participation/

We have a few different tracks based on which you can decide how and where you can contribute.

Here are few projects that you can contribute to and can help Mozilla in their initiative of Open Internet:
