The first release of the SEPIA SpeechRecognition Polyfill! Just about fully implements the API with the following exceptions:

• Does not raise aborted, audio-capture, or bad-grammar errors.
• Does not implement grammars (but then again, neither does Chrome, so we still have parity here).
